CUSABIO's IL1B rat ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of rat IL1B in serum, plasma, or tissue homogenates. It has good reproducibility, high specificity & sensitivity, and good linearity. This assay uses an antibody specific for rat IL1B coated on a 96-well plate. IL1B present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody after adding the sample into the wells.
