Hybridoma technology was used in the production of this V5-Tag monoclonal antibody. The Hybridoma was formed from the fusion of B cells and Myeloma. The B cells were from the mouse spleen and the mouse was immunized with a GKPIPNPLLGLDST synthetic peptide conjugate to KLH at the beginning of the production.
